A Thousand Words

To write a thousand words,

How one feels,

But cannot find those eyes,

Who would read,

A message unread,

For a thousand years,

Maybe in another lifetime,

Is when we are meant to be......

Rose & Bones 

Sat

Sat on a path,

At the dawn of the day,

Cross roads in sight,

Thinking which way,

To the left or to the right,

Or straight ahead towards tonight,

Can one decide without questioning why,

Sat on a path,

The Sun now high,

Warming rays,

Brighten the sky,

To step with the left,

Or step with the right,

Can one decide before tonight,

Sat on a path,

At the end of the day,

Could not decide,

Decided to stay,

The cross roads now lit,

With a lunar ray,

Maybe tomorrow,

One will find one's way.......

 

Chasing A Path

Chasing a path of dreams,

At the break of day,

A picture in my mind,

Is it you,

Can't catch up,

Upon a path,

The hands of time,

Move so fast,

The sand it drains in the hour glass,

As it gets turned again.....

The days are past,

Soon it will be a new month again.....

Feel The Glow

To feel the glow of the morning sun,

The warming rays,

The start of the day,

To warm a soul,

In so many ways,

That brings a smile,

As one goes along on one's way,

To let the day unfold,

With memories made....

Sun Plant

To Fall From The Highest Heights

To fall from the highest height,

No wings to save one from one's plight,

To hit the ground with all one's might,

Impression made a grave to sight,

To lay there without,

Out a care,

Contemplating the nightmare,

In the darkness of  the night,

But to rise again with the rising sun,

Feeling the warmth of a new day born,

To start again,

In the direction you choose,

For the priority is you,

The Darkness of Night

In the darkness of night,

One had lost sight,

There was no light,

That is where a path was found,

For trust,

On a path unknown,

Taken with the blind foot steps,

Forward one goes.....

Following A Path

Do you follow the path,

Of the one that leads,

To see them trip and fall,

To laugh and mock,

As they rise from the floor,

The ground they have risen from before,

To look in awe,

For the internal strength,

To heal and ignore,

Scars earned over time,

Visible from the falls before,

As they dust themselves off,

To press forward,

On a path,

Guided by light,

That shows at the break of dawn,

Unbreakable in nature,

An inspiration to us all.....

The Morning Sun

To rise with the morning sun,

This new day has begun,

The glow brings a smile to a face,

Survived the night,

To the light of a day,

A shadow is born,

One is not alone,

To walk beside you,

On the path one takes,

A friend for life,

All the way,

The one who hides in the darkness of night,

But the first to appear when there is light.....
