Two horizons meet,

Like starring eyes,

Through the clouds,

The crowded room,

They see you,

You see them,

The ignition of a flame,

You both believe in.......

Dancing With Words

To dance around with words,

That fill one's head,

They may not mean anything,

Until they are read,

For sometimes when words are spoken,

They are taken as a token,

As the words that are seen,

Do funny things,

For they get absorbed when they are read,

Then end up going around in one's head,

Isn't that a wonderful thing?

So what did those words mean?

Did they really mean something?

Or are you missing something?

Dawn To Dusk

Paths don't cross in physical time,

That journey between Dawn to Dusk,

Walking through the days,

Alone,

A foot step at a time,

Distance,

Lengthens,

But in the midnight hour,

You're there with me,

Dancing in mind,

Alive and free,

Together,

That is how it's meant to be,

Gone again,

At the break of Dawn,

Leaving me to walk alone,

With the memories,

The ghost of the past,

That only returns,

When I dream,

Oh,

How I treasure those memories,

And what they mean.......

Dancing in the Shadows

To dance in the shadows,

At the midnight hour,

Invisible in the darkness,

No one knows who you are?

Skipping and jumping,

Between the dreams,

Nimble on the feet,

Quick you are,

Playing your part,

Until the awakening hour,

As a day begins,

Warming Rays

The warming rays,

The breaking of the day,

It broke the darkness,

Lit up the way,

On an untraveled path,

Not explored,

In life,

Memories are made along the way....

A heart that beats faster,

When looking into those eyes,

A smile that generates a smile,

As they walk by,

Legs go week,

From the sound of a name,

For love is the name of the game,

Rising With The Morning Sun

To rise with the morning sun,

With a beaming smile with a warming ray,

The day has begun,

Listening to the radio a favourite song,

With a chorus of birds singing along,

Watching the dancing shadows cross the grassland floor,

Cast from the trees that sway to the gentle breeze,

Shadow Spirits

To dance with the shadows,

Cast from an open fire,

Dancing in rhythm with a burning desire,

Singing and chanting in a hypnotic state,

A dance of life the foot steps make,

As a body is ridged a soul escapes,

A spirit dancer has chosen their fate,

Dancing Away the Day into Tomorrow

To dance barefoot,

On the natural land,

Dancing under the stars,

The freedom that she found,

Illuminated by a lunar light,

A shadow sprang to life,

To dance as her partner,

Around the glowing fire,

Flowing hair in the light breeze,

Dancing freely she was at ease,

A young beauty and a dancing shadow,

Dancing away the day into tomorrow,

Christmas Spirit

Dancing Spirit 

 

 

A dancing spirit the festival season brings,

Hunting the quarry of the night,

On a winters night,

Radiant glow with jingle bells a warming sight,

With seasons greetings a Xmas card brings,

Children's laughter echoing aloud,

Christmas trees with Christmas lights,

Illuminations switched on during the night,

Choirs sing carols under a lanterns beam,

A tradition its just one of those things,

Roasted chestnuts and mulled wine,

A mince pie is just Devine,

Christmas songs playing on the air,

Christmas past and Christmas present memories combined,

A special time for all to share,

With all the challenges this year has brought into the future with faith and hope,
