Being in love was the greatest thing,
Heart belonging to one,
To be betrayed in this humiliating way,
It is hard to understand,
Family destroyed,
A life in ruins,
Hope you are satisfied,
Coming to terms with what has been said,
It is not justified,
Life goes on,
I will have to adjust,
You can live with your lies,
I will live with crimson eyes,
It is time to say goodbye,
I hope you will be happy with your new life,
My heart is scared,
Cut deep to the beat,
Slowly bleeding out,
Pumping each time I hear your name.
